Your data lives where your family lives.
My Life's Vault can be deployed in the region your family — or your institution — requires. Members see and choose their region. Partners are provisioned into the region they operate in. No data crosses a border you didn't ask it to.
Available regions
Each region is a separate, fully isolated deployment with its own storage, database and audit trail. A member in one region cannot be moved into another without an explicit, audited migration.
United Kingdom
Primary hosting region for UK members and partners.
European Union
GDPR-resident deployment for EU members and institutions.
GCC
UAE-resident deployment for Gulf members, advisors and partners.
India
India-resident deployment to meet local data-residency expectations.
North America
US/Canada-resident deployment for North-American members.
How regional deployment works
Routing
When a member signs up — directly or through a partner — they are routed to the deployment that matches their residency or the partner's region.
Per-partner residency
Partners — insurers, banks, advisory firms — choose their region during onboarding. Every client they provision lands in that region by default.
Visible to the member
Members can see their data region in account settings. They — and the partner — are notified before any region change is performed.
What's audited, always
- • Every privileged admin action — who, what, when, before, after.
- • Every advisor session — what was opened, viewed, exported, signed.
- • Every Vault Pulse check-in, escalation and handover step.
- • DB-enforced section blocks: memories, health, digital assets and personal wishes are never visible to an advisor, regardless of admin privilege.
- • Witnessed e-signature events and immutable will versions — drafts are editable, signed wills are not.
